The location is great! The hotel is close to everything in Midtown Manhattan. Also the rooms have a mini refrigerator and a microwave which is always a plus! The restaurant on site was able to accommodate me as a vegan (which is always a plus)!

The hotel location to main attractions was all within walking distance which is nice. Close access to the train/subway station as well. Room was nice and clean. The elevators were super quick as we were on the 35th floor.

The hotel was clean, the locations is perfect for meet new York. The positive amount in the bar is a good detail for the guest, the service for save free the baggage in the hotel was a good detail too.

Room has been renovated and was very clean ! New and spacious bathroom . Shower was brand new and very big ! Clean and comfy king size bed . Keurig coffee machine with coffee replaced daily . Lots of towels who were changed daily. Nice lighting inside room . Air conditioner good and preset to go down to 66 F . Starbucks coffee available on lobby for guests N ice Street view! I’ll stay again !

Myself and my partner are just home from this hotel! There was a lovely security guard on the door a young lad who was so helpful after a long day of travelling and the weather being so poor we just wanted to get food delivered. We had awful issues trying to do this and this security guard went above and beyond for us to help get food for us! We were so grateful for him. There was also a fabulous woman in reception called Michelle who really brightened our day. She was so helpful and gave us recommendations for places to eat and was overall a fabulous woman. Washer and dryer also available which was a bonus for us as we had awful weather while there so were able to dry our clothes.

Everything was good. The promo for $10 worth snacks per day was excellent and water upon arrival were great touches. The lines were a bit long but the staff was pleasant. Location was outstanding for my agenda to see several Broadway shows. Only issue I had was the lighting in my room. It felt a bit dark and the light by my desk either didn’t work or I couldn’t figure it out. I couldn’t find a switch and it didn’t come on with the master switch. Otherwise the accommodations were nice, loved corner room and balcony. Also the bathroom vanity lighting was exceptional.

The location is perfect for going to broadway shows, and if you wanna run out and grab some pizza or something. Easy walk to lots of places, like Central Park, Bryant park, Rockefeller center, etc. Room was small but comfy.

The location is right in the centre of very buzzy NYC and only a short walk from the more relaxed Bryant Park. Reception staff for check-in, check-out, and throughout our stay were very welcoming and helpful - a great combination of effective service delivery and human warmth.
